OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. FREE METHODS OF ENTRY WILL BE AVAILABLE DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

The Wayne Street Boots in the Park VIP Getaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wayne Street Sports Bar (“Sponsor”), Hobbs, New Mexico.

​

This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

​

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

​

Owners, employees, officers, and immediate family or household members of Wayne Street Sports Bar are not eligible to participate.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity, age, residency, and eligibility of any potential winner before awarding the Grand Prize.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on 09/20/2026 and ends the day of the Grand Opening at 2pm.

All entries must be received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period or, in the case of an individual Free Entry Drop, during the specific entry window announced for that Free Entry Drop.

The Grand Prize drawing is currently planned to take place in connection with the Wayne Street Sports Bar Grand Opening in Hobbs, New Mexico.

Grand Opening & Drawing Date: TO BE ANNOUNCED

The drawing is currently planned to occur during the daytime Grand Opening activities and before alcohol sales begin for the evening.

The final drawing date, time, and entry deadline will be announced by Wayne Street Sports Bar once confirmed.

4. GRAND PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the Wayne Street Boots in the Park VIP Getaway Package, consisting of:

🎟️ Two (2) 3-Day VIP Boots in the Park tickets

🏨 Hotel accommodations for two (2) from May 13 through May 17

💳 One (1) $500 travel and dinner gift card

The current Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the complete Grand Prize package is approximately $5,100.

Actual retail or market value may vary. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded in cash.

Unless expressly included above, transportation, meals, parking, gratuities, hotel incidentals or deposits, insurance, and other expenses associated with accepting or using the Grand Prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Tickets, hotel accommodations, gift cards, and other prize components are subject to the terms, restrictions, availability, and policies of the applicable event organizer, ticket provider, hotel, gift-card issuer, and other third-party providers.

Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation, postponement, relocation, schedule changes, or other circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

5. WAYNE STREET GRAND OPENING VIP PASS PACKAGE

During the Sweepstakes Period, Wayne Street Sports Bar intends to offer a limited quantity of 350 Wayne Street Grand Opening VIP Pass packages for $50 each.

Each qualifying Wayne Street Grand Opening VIP Pass package includes:

• One (1) limited-edition, individually numbered Wayne Street Grand Opening VIP lanyard

• Fifteen (15) games of pool at Wayne Street Sports Bar, subject to the terms applicable to that benefit

• One (1) Sweepstakes entry

Each qualifying VIP Pass package purchased during the Sweepstakes Period is associated with one (1) Sweepstakes entry.

Only 350 Grand Opening VIP Pass packages are expected to be released.

VIP Pass availability is subject to availability and may end when all 350 packages have been sold or when the Sweepstakes Period ends, whichever occurs first.

The pool-game benefits associated with the VIP Pass expire December 31, 2026, unless otherwise stated in connection with the VIP Pass.

6. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY — FREE ENTRY DROPS

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Throughout the Sweepstakes Period, Wayne Street Sports Bar intends to provide separate FREE ENTRY DROP opportunities through the Wayne Street Sports Bar Facebook page and/or Wayne Street Sports Bar website.

Each Free Entry Drop will:

• Be available for a specified period of time;

• Provide instructions for obtaining the applicable Free Entry Form;

• Identify any unique entry code or other information required for that particular Free Entry Drop; and

• Allow an eligible participant to obtain one (1) free Sweepstakes entry by properly completing and submitting the designated Free Entry Form during that Free Entry Drop’s stated entry period.

There is no purchase requirement to participate in a Free Entry Drop.

 

7. FREE ENTRY DROP LIMIT

Limit one (1) free entry per eligible person per individual Free Entry Drop.

An eligible participant may participate in multiple separate Free Entry Drops offered during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each Free Entry Drop constitutes a separate opportunity to obtain a free Sweepstakes entry.

Submitting multiple forms for the same Free Entry Drop will not result in additional entries.

There is no requirement to purchase a Wayne Street Grand Opening VIP Pass in order to participate in a Free Entry Drop.

A participant who enters through a Free Entry Drop receives a Sweepstakes entry only and does not receive the merchandise or benefits associated with purchasing a Wayne Street Grand Opening VIP Pass.

 

8. VALID ENTRIES

All eligible Sweepstakes entries, regardless of method of entry, will be entered into the same Grand Prize drawing.

Each valid Sweepstakes entry constitutes one entry in the random drawing.

Sponsor may use an entrant’s name, email address, telephone number, Free Entry Drop code, order information, or other reasonably necessary identifying information to administer the Sweepstakes and identify duplicate or invalid submissions.

Entries generated through automated methods, false identities, fraudulent information, duplicate Free Entry Drop submissions, or attempts to circumvent these Official Rules may be disqualified.

 

9. RANDOM DRAWING

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received.

The drawing is currently planned to take place in connection with the Wayne Street Sports Bar Grand Opening in Hobbs, New Mexico.

The final drawing date and time will be announced once the Grand Opening schedule is confirmed.

The potential winner does not need to be present to win.

 

10. ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

 

11. POTENTIAL WINNER NOTIFICATION

The individual whose entry is selected in the random drawing will initially be considered the potential winner.

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner using the telephone number, email address, Facebook account, or other contact information associated with the winning entry.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor and accept the Grand Prize within seventy-two (72) hours of Sponsor’s first notification attempt.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of:

• Identity;

• Age;

• Eligibility;

• Contact information; and

• Any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the Grand Prize.

The potential winner may also be required to complete and return eligibility, liability, publicity, tax, or other prize-acceptance documentation reasonably required by Sponsor.

 

12. FAILURE TO CLAIM PRIZE

A potential winner may forfeit the Grand Prize if the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted;

• Fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours;

• Declines the Grand Prize;

• Is determined to be ineligible;

• Provides false or inaccurate information; or

• Fails to complete required prize documentation within the requested timeframe.

If the potential winner forfeits the Grand Prize, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

The same eligibility verification and prize-acceptance requirements will apply to an alternate potential winner.

A person is not considered the official winner until eligibility has been verified and all applicable prize-acceptance requirements have been completed.

 

13. TAXES

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from acceptance or use of the Grand Prize.

Sponsor may require the winner to provide information or complete tax documentation necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable tax-reporting requirements.

The winner should consult their own tax professional regarding any tax consequences associated with accepting the Grand Prize.

 

14. PRIZE CONDITIONS

The Grand Prize is awarded as described in these Official Rules.

The Grand Prize has no cash redemption value through Sponsor.

Prize components may not be transferred, exchanged, or substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion when reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.

If circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control prevent a particular prize component from being provided, Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of reasonably comparable value where permitted by law.

 

15. EVENT CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

Sponsor does not control Boots in the Park, the event organizer, ticketing provider, hotel, gift-card provider, or other third-party providers.

If Boots in the Park is canceled, postponed, relocated, rescheduled, materially modified, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to make reasonable modifications to the prize as permitted by applicable law.

 

16. PUBLICITY

Where permitted by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city/state, photograph, likeness, and prize information for reasonable promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

 

17. FAIR ADMINISTRATION

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Tampers with the entry process;

• Submits fraudulent or duplicate entries;

• Uses multiple or false identities;

• Attempts to circumvent a Free Entry Drop limitation;

• Interferes with the fair administration of the Sweepstakes; or

• Otherwise violates these Official Rules.

Sponsor may reasonably modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, legal requirements, or circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or administration of the promotion, subject to applicable law.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or technically unsuccessful entries or communications resulting from circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Sponsor is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent third parties providing the concert, tickets, hotel accommodations, gift card, transportation, or other services associated with the Grand Prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot legally be waived.

19. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used to:

• Administer the Sweepstakes;

• Verify eligibility;

• Record and validate entries;

• Detect duplicate or fraudulent submissions;

• Contact potential winners;

• Award the Grand Prize; and

• Comply with applicable legal requirements.

20. FACEBOOK / META DISCLAIMER

This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by Wayne Street Sports Bar.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes is being provided to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Meta.

21. BOOTS IN THE PARK DISCLAIMER

Boots in the Park and its organizers, affiliates, ticket providers, performers, venues, and related entities are not sponsors or administrators of this Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.

All trademarks and event names belong to their respective owners.

22. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

After the potential winner has responded, eligibility has been verified, and all required prize-acceptance documentation has been completed, Wayne Street Sports Bar may publicly announce the official Grand Prize winner through its Facebook page, website, and/or at Wayne Street Sports Bar.

23. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s acceptance of these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and administer these Official Rules reasonably and consistently with applicable law and the fair administration of the Sweepstakes.
